We collect only what enrolment and counselling require — name, contact, level, goal and payment details — and use it to run your course and communicate with you. We never sell your data. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time. WhatsApp/SMS contact requires your explicit consent, collected on every form. Parental consent is required for students under 18. Enrolment grants access to live classes, recordings, materials and the student portal for the duration of your batch. Content is licensed for personal, non-transferable use. External exam fees (Goethe, telc, ÖSD, IELTS, PTE) are separate from course fees. Course-completion certificates are issued by the centre unless we are an authorised exam centre. Full refund within 7 days of enrolment if you've attended fewer than two classes. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and logged in your student record. EMI instalments follow the same rule proportionally. Seats are non-transferable. Full policy text is published at launch.
