German FAQs

You asked

Is the placement test really free?+

Yes. The online adaptive test takes 20–30 minutes, returns your level instantly, and never locks you in. It's the gate every student passes through.

Do you prepare me for official Goethe or telc exams?+

German B1/B2 prepares you for Goethe-Zertifikat, telc and ÖSD. External exam fees are separate, and we issue our own course-completion certificate unless we're an authorised exam centre.

What if I can't pay all at once?+

Use the 2–3 instalment EMI plan at checkout, or the gateway's card/bank EMI. Scheduled reminders keep you on track; full refund within 7 days if you've attended fewer than two classes.

Are classes online or offline?+

Most are live online with a trainer and a small batch. Hebrew and some German courses offer offline batches in selected cities. Every live class is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours.

I'm under 18 — can I join?+

Yes with parental consent, which is collected at enrolment. Minimum ages vary by language (German 15+, English 12+, Hebrew 14+).
